From 4.00 pm the occupation of the apartment is possible, at the
departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am.
Cancellation of reservation: In case of cancellation of your reservation, the cancellation fees according to the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006)" apply.
up to 3 months before arrival > free of charge
3 - 1 month before arrival > 40% cancellation fee
1 month to 1 week before arrival > 70% cancellation fee
In the last week before arrival > 90% cancellation fee
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
